Dr. Lauren Reis
In addition to providing quality care, Dr. Reis prides herself on creating a comfortable atmosphere and educating her patients on their oral health and dental needs. Continuing education is important to her in order to stay up with the most recent technology, techniques, and standards of care in dentistry. Dr. Reis is lnvisalign certified and eager to give you the healthy and beautiful smile you’ve always wanted!
Dr. Reis became interested in dentistry after a childhood bike accident that left her with four broken front teeth and has been pursuing her passion for dentistry ever since. After moving from Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of five, Dr. Reis grew up in Arlington, Texas. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and is forever a proud Aggie. A graduate of Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Dr. Reis moved to Arlington, Virginia in June 2013. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Reis enjoys attending and watching sporting events (especially her beloved Dallas Cowboys), eating Mexican food, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Tyler.
Nancy Lutz, Office Administrator
Over the past thirteen years, Nancy has dedicated herself to the dental field as an expanded functions dental assistant and office administrator. Throughout her tenure in dentistry, she has gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of public health, military dentistry, and sedation dentistry for full cosmetic and restorative rehabilitation.
While at Walter Reed National Medical Center Oralmaxillofacial Surgical Unit, she was privileged to work with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and nurses. From this experience, Nancy became aware of the expanded role of the oral health care provider. Nancy, and the team she worked with, focused on other areas of the head and neck region, as they were given the opportunity to work with facial prosthetics. She observed and assisted in total facial reconstruction and was able to make a difference in each patient’s life, while giving back to our country. Throughout her career in dentistry, Nancy has obtained clinical and administrative experience, developed an impeccable chair side manner, and become cognizant of the importance of time management.
Since 2005, Rebekah has been involved in many areas of dentistry before she pursued a career in dental hygiene. After working as a dental lab technician and a dental assistant, she attended Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and received her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene in 2013. Serving her patients, Rebekah likes to provide a comfortable atmosphere to address any dental concerns, provide gentle care, and create lasting relationships with her patients.
In addition to providing quality dental care in the office for her patients, Rebekah enjoys volunteering with different Mission of Mercy (MOM) projects around Virginia. Many adults and children don’t have access to dental care, and she feels it is important to share her time and use her skills to benefit this under-served population. Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and their two small dogs in Old Town Alexandria. Her interests include traveling, trying new restaurants, and art.
