I called and asked if the practice extracts zygomatic implants. I was told yes, so I made an appointment for the next day. I drove for over an hour to get there and waited over two hours to be seen. It was obvious that the dentist didn't even know why I was there or even looked at my CT scan even though I waited two hours to be seen. The dentist the told me that they did NOT extract zygomatics and to go back to Costa Rica, where I got the implants done to get the extractions. This wasted my time and being told to go back to Costa Rica for only extractions was a highly unprofessional response from the dentist

What a great experience! Wait time was no more than 5 minutes and everyone was super friendly. My cleaning was gentle and my treatment plan was honest. So much so that I was taught out of Eight second night guard statement I did not need it even though I was willing to pay twice as much for two. That is what I look for and what you should look for in quality treatment.
