Unsure how they have so many positive reviews. I got here at my appointment time and waited 50 minutes with someone in front of me before walking out. The people in front of me also hadn’t been seen, and came in about a minute before me. They probably waited an hour. Imagine planning your weekend, leaving plans early to make it to your dentist appointment on time, and they pull this. Haven’t waited this long in the ER or urgent care, honestly nowhere in my life. If patients are respecting your time, the least you can do is try to respect theirs. 20 minutes, normal, maybe. An hour is outrageous.
