This review is for the person that picked up the phone that in broken english was able to offer zero information on teeth whitening when I had basic questions such as: 'how does the doctor address sensitivity?'. I was told to come and so I can have the test. Thing is, I don't want to have to test the level of pain while doing the treatment; I want to know that I won't cry in pain and the answer to this simple question is - the office uses desensitizing gel *during* the treatment. However the front desk person that picked up the phone was not able to provide this basic info and when I said I won't come in to just have a talk, he said 'that's fine' to customer lost. Alright then, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I can't begin to sufficiently thank the entire team for helping me the past few weeks as I struggled from a catastrophic loss of a front tooth just as I was about to go through a few weeks of intensive travel and client meetings. The AC&FD team educated me about options, worked weekends, made sure labs delivered in time and ensured I didn't look like a boxer who lost a fight in front of my best clients and investors.
