I've had a lot of dental work done; And I have a good bit of dental anxiety from that. Today has been the best appointment I've had in years. No upselling me. No " you have to do XYZ before you can get a cleaning." Alot of offices have issues getting my XRays right because of my smaller size, but the hygienist did it all great the first time, and I almost always have some abrasions in my mouth from the Xray holders, but not here! Dr. Dou was patient and understanding and did my cleaning right after, and it was great. I often need some anesthetic even for regular cleanings, but not here. I was in and out within an hour! I just moved here, so maybe this is the standard for this area but I am amazed!
