Scam artists, over-charged me and inflated the rate for my treatment which I then verified with my insurance company. My insurance company informed me that the rate ACFD charged me was TWICE what they were required to charge as an in-network provider, which had I not verified with my insurance, would have left my out of pocket costs double what was (1) legal and (2) what my insurance company covered. This dentist is engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation. Stay away.
