This dental office overcharges people and delay their refund for every reason possible. I had only been there once for cleaning, yet at the time they denied my insurance and I ended up paying out of pocket for over $100. When I checked with my insurance half a year later, it ended up that the insurance did pay for the cleaning back then. It was until I reach back out to them that they finally refunded my money; they wouldn’t have done so if I haven’t found out and questioned them about this. Additionally, the dentist complained about some misalignment of my teeth and demanded me to get them corrected quite rudely while performing the cleaning process. This experience was just awful. Also people be careful that they might overcharge you for more than double the price each time and secretly put the additional charge as “credits” in your account without informing you about that at all.

HORRIBLE! efore our appointment time, the receptionist/manager or owner was calling us rushing us to get her appointment which was 15 minutes before we were scheduled to arrive. Once we arrived, it was very minimal parking. Upon entering the actual office, they demanded several pieces of information that were already provided on the insurance card, as if they Were not for sure that we could pay/had insurance. Once my child went into the back room to receive her services, while waiting I fed my other child, the same receptionist asked me to, “sweep up after my child, I will provide a paper.” Once the cleaning/exam were underway, I was forced to observe my Child dental plan on a tight little screen when there was a large television available, I requested that it be sent to the larger television which reluctantly was provided. Once I figured out what my child needed, I request requested a dental plan. I was told that the facility would be open on Saturdays and then when I ask for Saturday appointment, I was told to call back in three weeks. Upon leaving, I requested a copy of the treatment plan and I was told to just take a picture of the one they had, at which point I demanded a copy of it so I could share it with my ex-husband so that payment could be made. Up upon leaving I stopped to use the bathroom before going back to my vehicle, at which point.(Literally a minute and a half after I put my kids on the elevator, I observed them vacuuming up where I was sitting. (I’m not white) The other patrons were not treated in this manner, I don’t know why we have military insurance and everything was paid. DOT DO IT!

I am from out of town and they fit me in the next day to fix a filling that had fallen out, everyone was professional and kind, and it was a wonderful experience.
