My husband went to this dental office for a crown, and the experience was nothing short of a scam. At his first appointment, which involved reshaping the tooth, he was quoted a price but was overcharged. Instead of issuing a refund for the overcharge, they claimed they would apply a credit to his account to cover the cost of the impression and crown procedure. But when he returned for the next appointment, not only did they fail to apply the credit, but they also hid behind a ridiculous policy that requires a patient to have been with the office for at least one year before they can use any credit—a policy they never mentioned when the credit was first issued! As if that wasn't bad enough, they also charged him for a crown procedure that never even took place. To top it off, when he asked for a refund for the crown that was never performed, they refused. They took his money, provided zero service, and now they're stonewalling any attempt to make it right. This practice is unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent. I urge everyone to stay far away from this office—do not trust them with your time or money.

I had a broken crown on a root canal tooth and was told I needed an implant. Overwhelmed with the news, I got emotional in the office. The staff was so kind and comforting. When I returned for the procedure, the specialist realized the crown had just been placed improperly (by another dentist) and was able to reseal it instead, saving me over $4,000. I’m so grateful for their honesty and care. The whole team was warm, helpful, and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!
