Dr. Zachariah and her team are excellent. I had a large amount of work done over months consisting of crowns, implants, veneers and some general dentistry and I highly recommend them. They are ultimate professionals with focused attention on patient care. Dr Zachariah’s assistant is stellar and her office manager is very competent and vigilant with booking appropriate follow up appointments. Dr Zachariah is kind and exhibits real concern for her patients.

Simple cleaning took over two hours because they left me waiting for an hour in the dental chair, started cleaning and then disappeared for another 40 minutes when they were going to remove my permanent retainer and said I’d be out in 20. They left me with gauze and numbing gel in my mouth for 40 minutes and never came back to the room. I also asked them to check the cost before removing my permanent retainer and she said “it’s probably free, we can figure it out after.” I said they need to confirm the cost beforehand so I didn’t have any unexpected charges. Good thing I asked this because they wanted to charge me $500. At the 2 hour mark, I walked out and booked an appointment at the dentist office downstairs. They were much less expensive ($100 for the same thing) and very professional about my appointment, checking in with my insurance in advance and giving me quotes as well as the amount of time they’d take. Save your time and money and do not go to Arlington Cosmetic & Family Dentistry!

I have visited them a few times for different procedures. Got a dental implant done 3 months ago and it’s in good shape and healed. Planning to get my crown placed soon. Also, got my cavity filling done here recently. Great doctors and very friendly staff. They do a very good job explaining the procedure and are fairly priced. Thank you for the care and accommodating last minute appointment needs.
