I have been to Arlington Cosmetic and Family Dentist twice now- once for routine cleaning and x-ray, once to have cavities filled. I had a great experience each time! The dentist and assistants have all made sure I feel comfortable, understand each step that is happening, and take their time doing thorough work. The entire team have worked with my schedule, my finances, my dental anxiety, and my lack of dental insurance, to ensure I receive the care I need, when the time is right. Honestly the best dental care I have ever received!

Initial visit was great. 10 months later they call me to schedule a follow up visit and try to charge me 250 dollars out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" not covered by insurance. Upon further questioning as to the cause of this charge, the receptionist said she would call me back and I have never heard back from them. Kind of a sham.

I have always been afraid of dentists. My idea of dental care changed with this visit. Dr. Zachariah and her Assistant Ms. Wafa were the epitome of empathy and understanding. They took the necessary x-rays, examined them thoroughly and gave me a detailed explanation of my current dental condition. I was also given a plan of action for treatment which works out very well with my insurance and copay. I was not pressurized to make any decisions either. My treatment included filling and deep cleaning all of which went well without any pain or discomfort. I am posting my comment after a day of procedure and I can’t thank this team of two enough! I will visit again for the remaining treatment and strongly recommend anyone who is hesitant to visit a dentist to give this place a try.
