I never thought I'd be able to *love* my dental office, but AC&FD have proven me wrong - I am absolutely over the moon to have this place. I've been going here for 4 years, and even though I moved to DC, I still make the trek to Rosslyn because I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone on staff - receptionist, hygenists, and dentists - are kind, competent, skilled, empathic, and professional. They are trustworthy - always taking a diligent, attentive but conservative approach that has my best interests at heart. Two specific times, with two different teeth, I had symptoms that suggested the need for a root canal. Even when I was ready to say, "let's just do it," they were methodical and professional about exploring every other option, assuring that they want to maintain my organic structure as long as possible. In a dental world that's often too quick to put more things in your mouth, I am so appreciative of their honest, discerning manner. Today, when I returned for an assessment of one of those teeth, Dania the receptionist immediately asked me, "How was your dad's heart surgery?" ...She remembered from a month ago that I was worried about his recovery. The thoughtfulness and professionalism of this place cannot be beat - I will go here as long as I live within 50 miles! 🙂
